This landmark 1960s building, designed by Richard Seifert, with internal accommodation extending to 167,000 sq ft, is currently undergoing a major refurbishment. Robson Associates is involved in reviewing the 23 storey renovation of the offices on a floor by floor basis, renegotiating lease renewals and assisting outside agents with the marketing of the vacant accommodation.

Over the past 18 months we have agreed a surrender of the head lease and negotiated with some of the subtenants to pay a substantial premium of more than 30 per cent. We are working with the client to increase the capital value of the investment by more than 60% on an additional 20% refurbishment investment and aim to have the property completely let.
